Kenneth G. Bloomquist is Professor of Music and Director of Bands Emeritus at Michigan State University. He retired in 1994 after 24 years serving as Director of Bands for 14 years and Director of the School of Music for 10 years. Professor Bloomquist is Past President of the American Bandmasters Association and the National Band Association. He appears as guest conductor, clinician, and adjudicator throughout the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, and Mexico.
