Mary Procopio received her B.M. degree with honors from the Crane School of Music in Potsdam, New York and is working towards a Master's Degree in Flute Performance at Michigan State University where she studies with Richard Sherman.  She is a free-lance musician in the mid-Michigan area, as well as an active clinician and adjudicator in Michigan and New York state. She is currently on the faculty at the Flint School of Performing Arts and the Community Music School at MSU.  Mary was selected to perform with the 1998 National Flute Association Professional Flute Choir at the NFA Convention in Phoenix, Arizona.
