Jacqueline K. Boyd, a Grand Ledge native, is an experienced and spectacular clarinet soloist. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Clarinet performance from Michigan State University where she studied with Elsa Verdehr and Frank Ell. She has performed solos with the Kalamazoo Concert Band, Interlochen Orchestra Chamber Ensemble, Oklahoma City Area Band, and the Grand Ledge High School Bands. Locally she has performed with the Lansing Concert Band. Currently she maitains a private music studio in Grand Ledge.
