Siân Margaret Davies is a senior currently attending Michigan State University majoring in Voice Performance and Music Education. She is currently studying voice with Anne Nispel, soprano. In the past she has studied with Patricia Green, mezzo-soprano and Robert Bracey, tenor. Siân has been focusing on studying oratorio repertoire and art song.

In the past few years, Siân has performed with the Michigan State Opera Theatre in Bernstein on Broadway, Nine, and La Bohème. Last fall she performed Mozart's Vesperae Solennes de Confessore with the Michigan State Symphony Orchestra as the soprano soloist. After graduating in the spring of 2005, Siân will be pursuing certification with a Masters of Vocal Arts in Performance degree. She then hopes to become a stage performer and teach vocal music at the university level.
