Greetings from the planners, hosts and sponsors of the 2002 Festival. We are now about seven weeks away from the event and need to gather information about each ensemble so that we can complete our planning process.

Pre-Festival Checklist:

For the concert program (due Friday, January 25, 2002)

  1. your organization’s roster of members
  2. a brief history of your organization
  3. the listing of selections (with composer/arrangers) that you will be performing

Prior to the Festival: (by February 23, 2002)

For the purpose of planning for food and beverages, etc....

  1. How many of your group will be attending the Festival?
  2. The Haslett Band Boosters will be offering fruits, pastries, soup, sandwiches and beverages throughout the day and need to know about how many people to plan for.

  3. Will your organization be travelling to Haslett by bus?

 

On the day of the Festival

The high school commons area will be the crossroads of Festival activity featuring:

  1. the food court,
  2. T-shirt and souvenir table
  3. Meeting area for band networking and roundtable sessions
  4. Exhibit table for your organization (optional)

To make this Festival an enlightening experience for all members of participating organizations, you are strongly urged to plan your day to allow time to:
