Join the Band

The Meridian Community Band accepts new members who consider themselves musicians and who have achieved at least advanced high school level proficiency on their instruments. The band is always seeking new members on all instruments; however, in some cases membership in a particular section may be capped at that time. The current roster of the MCB is made up of advanced high school level players, university and college level players, collegiate music majors, and some advanced professional musicians. Our musicians range in age from 18 to 80.

Our informal “new member” screening process includes completing the interest form below. Upon completion, you will be contacted via email by the appropriate MCB Section Manager along with one of our conductors.
